VERSE OF THE DAY:  ~Romans 8:35-39 "Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?  As it is written: “For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.”  Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Whenever someone is battling the lie that God doesn't love them, this is a great point of truth to turn to. Remember all scripture is truth and the truth is what makes us free. God's love for you is amazing! There is nothing that can separate you from the love of Your heavenly Father. Someone might say "I don't see 'sin' on that list and I have sinned so many times that God has quit loving me" Yet scripture teaches us that God demonstrated His love for us in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us, and that in Christ we have power and authority over all sin. So confess and turn away from those things that hold you back. Allow yourself to receive His love. He is quick to forgive all that call upon Him so we are now left with no excuse.

All those things are distractions to get people to shift focus away from God's love and goodness toward them and away from your identity as sons or daughters of the Most High. So always remember that whatever comes your way in this world you are not separated from His love and you are empowered to conquer all adversity by walking in His love and in your identity as His heritage. Yes times can get hard for all of us but when you become born again you are anchored in Him, His word and His love for you never fails. Feelings can lie or deceive us but His word is triumphant over what we see and feel. His word says that we are made more than conquerors, and nothing can separate us from His amazing love!

PRAYER: "Lord I thank You for Your word of truth that I can always stand on! Thank You that nothing can separate me from Your love for me and thank You for making me more than a conqueror through You! You have given me eternal life therefore even death of this body will only bring me closer to You. Thank You Jesus for loving me and giving me a new life in Your kingdom. Amen."

VERSE FOR FEARLESS LIVING!  ~ Psalm 112:6-8 "Surely he will never be shaken; The righteous will be in everlasting remembrance. He will not be afraid of evil tidings; His heart is steadfast, trusting in the Lord.  His heart is established; He will not be afraid, Until he sees his desire upon his enemies."
