Be Strong Do Not Fear

VERSE OF THE DAY: Isa 35:2-7 “It shall blossom abundantly and rejoice, Even with joy and singing. The glory of Lebanon shall be given to it, The excellence of Carmel and Sharon. They shall see the glory of the Lord, The excellency of our God. Strengthen the weak hands, And make firm the feeble knees.  Say to those who are fearful-hearted, “Be strong, do not fear! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, With the recompense of God; He will come and save you.” Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, And the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. Then the lame shall leap like a deer, And the tongue of the dumb sing. For waters shall burst forth in the wilderness, And streams in the desert. The parched ground shall become a pool, And the thirsty land springs of water; In the habitation of jackals, where each lay, There shall be grass with reeds and rushes.”

This verse prophetically speaks of a transformation from death, dryness, judgment and vengeance upon a barren wasteland as it becomes filled with life, healing, floods of water, and flourishes again with plant and animal life. Distress and depression are replaced with hope, fearlessness, blossoming life, singing and rejoicing. What happened? What changed? It was an encounter with the glory and the excellency of our Lord and God! That’s what changed, the curse was broken through the life, death and resurrection of Jesus!

This is a prophecy of Christ’s coming to earth and the life changing power that comes with the presence of the Holy Spirit. Say to those with fearful hearts “Be Strong and do not fear any longer!” The enemy has been judged, your salvation and healing are here. The curses of Eden have been broken and are reversed. Now, the blind can see and the deaf will hear, the mute will speak and the lame will walk, dance and leap like deer! We also see the ground no longer being cursed but now flooding with living waters and flourishing with life once again. This is the evidence of His never ending kingdom being present and advancing on earth. So declare the victory of God to all creation, go forth in the presence and power of your savior, and say to the world fear not, be strong and see the glory of the living God is here!

PRAYER: “Thank you God for coming to save me, and for destroying the works of darkness that have blinded and crippled so many. Fill me Lord with faith in Your supernatural, life  giving  power. Equip me Holy Spirit and fill me with the Love and courage to declare Your salvation and to break the grips of fear that have weakened the faith of men. Fill me with holy boldness to declare to the world “fear not and be strong in the salvation of the Lord! Amen”

VERSE FOR FEARLESS LIVING!  ~  Psalms 34:4 “I sought the Lord, and He heard me, And delivered me from all my fears.”
